Return and Refund Policy

Damaged or incorrect items: Contact the shop immediately. You will need to provide your personal details and photos of the damage or incorrect item.
Return eligibility: Returns will be considered for items that are defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly. We do not accept returns for change of mind, used, or custom/personalized items.
Time limits: Please report damages or requesting a return within 48 hours.
Unboxing videos: We do require an unboxing video as proof of damage for a return or refund.
Shipping and fees
Customer responsibility: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return the item.
Non-refundable shipping: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges: We will require you to return an item for a refund and place a new order for an exchange, which may incur additional shipping costs.
Processing refunds
Inspection: The shop will inspect the returned item to determine if the refund or exchange is approved.
Refund method: Approved refunds are typically issued to your original payment method.
Processing time: It can take time for the refund to appear on your account, both for the shop to process it and for your bank to post it.
